What is the charge for shipping and how is it handled? |
- All our products are FOB Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. This means that all shipping charges, brokerage charges, duties and or taxes must be paid by the purchaser. When placing your order with our sales representative you can give them your company’s courier account number you would like it shipped by. (We can only use UPS, Fed Ex, TNT or DHL) If you do not have an account with any of these couriers we can add it to your order. We figure out the shipping charges based on what is being ordered.
- If you are an American customer and paying by credit card, we calculate the Canadian conversion using the current exchange rate at the time. When the charges appear on your statement they may be a bit different depending on what the credit card company uses as an exchange. (They can vary a bit from the banking rate)

How do I order from Coating-Gage.com? |
- To order from Coating-Gage.com you can select the "buy now" located beside the product and fill out the order form. A customer service rep will contact you to finish off the order. What forms of payment do you accept?

- We accept credit cards - Visa and Mastercard, Cheque or Money Order.

What should I do if I have a warranty claim?
|
- Please call us at 1-800-683-6546. When you ship your product to us make sure you include a copy of the bill of sale with all your contact information. Also include a brief description of the problem.

What if I have just have a question, how do I contact you?

- If you would like to contact a customer service rep, you can access our contact information in the Contact Us page.
